This 30 year old man, like many men considering liposuction in Philadelphia and New Jersey, was struggling to get a handle on fat that had formed on his upper body. In particular, a significant amount of excess fat was present on his abdominal area and chest, to the point that it was causing discomfort in clothing and negatively affecting his self-image.

In the chest area, he had a mild form of gynecomastia, a condition that causes feminine-looking breasts.
