This 25 year old women came to see New Jersey liposuction surgeon Dr. Sorokin at his practice in Marlton. She was concerned about bulges on her sides, tummy and lower back.

During the consultation, Dr. Sorokin recommended liposuction of the abdomen and flanks to resolve areas of fat resistant to exercise. While some people think that liposuction is an appropriate way to achieve weight loss, nothing could be further from the truth. Like any responsible physician, Dr. Sorokin only performs liposuction for women who are at or near their ideal weight range and bothered by pockets of fat that do not respond to diet or exercise.

Before surgery, the patient had very obvious bulges in her midsection which gave her the appearance of being much heavier than she really was. After her procedure, she has a much more pleasing, curvy shape and as you can see her skin fully retightened to her new slimmer figure because she had excellent skin tone. 

The patient is shown in these pictures just before her New Jersey liposuction procedure and again 6 months after surgery. Fat tissue was removed from the abdomen, flanks, and back. As you can see, there is practically no visible scarring. She recovered without complications and is extremely happy with her cosmetic result.
